Registration & Fee
You can register for the Symposium as an in-person delegate only if new “seats” become available, e.g. after cancelations.
We have already reached the maximum number of participants according to the possibilities offered by the Symposium venues.

The Symposium fee for in-person delegates includes welcome drinks on Thursday 21 September,
a light lunch on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 September and tea and coffee, water and snacks during breaks.
The Symposium fee does not include accommodation and evening meals.

The deadline for Early Bird booking is June 1, 2023 June 18, 2023 (extended).
- Please note that, thanks to a PCE Europe bursary fund, free attendance at the Symposium can be offered to a limited number of Ukranian colleagues.
Meanwhile, in exceptional cases where extreme financial hardship
might prevent you from participating in the Symposium,

Refund Policy
If you have already paid the full registration fee and you are not able to attend the Symposium, the following policy will apply:
- For a cancellation request before July 21-st you will be refunded 75% of the full registration fee.
- For a cancellation request before August 21-st you will be refunded 50% of the full registration fee.
- From August 22-nd onwards no refunds will be issued on cancellations,
but you may nominate a friend or colleague to attend the Symposium in your place at any stage.Please note that it is your responsibility to cancel any accommodation you have booked in order to attend the Symposium.
